Who is Eligible
Low-income elderly homeowners over the age of 60 or individual homeowners of any age that have physical disabilities are eligible if they are in need of home repairs. To qualify, your name must be on the deed, be current on your property taxes and have exhausted all financial and family means to complete the repairs. The repair needs must also be critical in nature and affect the ability to "age in place" in a warm and safe environment.
