Our Programs

Operation Urgent Care provides free emergency repair services twelve months a year to qualifying homeowners in Allegheny County. Certified contractors are employed to complete modest projects such as plumbing leaks, furnace repairs, roofing repairs, minor electrical issues and safety modifications. Services based on funding availability. Find out more.

Corporate Workdays take place on certain Saturdays throughout the year. A corporation can arrange for volunteers to spend a Saturday working together at a preselected home in Allegheny County. Projects may include painting, yard work, cleaning and minor repairs. Find out more.

Rebuilding Day Event takes place the last Saturday in every April. Over 1,000 skilled and non-skilled volunteers and contributors come together to repair and restore homes and neighborhoods throughout Allegheny County. All repairs and renovations are free and may include carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing, safety modifications, flooring, painting and yard cleanup. Find out more.
